Delivery

We will endeavour to deliver your solid fuel order within 7 working days unless otherwise stated. If delivery is likely to be more than 7 working days, we will phone you and advise you of a delivery date.

We deliver to 80% of the UK mainland properties. If we cannot deliver to your property for whatever reason, we will notify you and give you a full refund. Typically we deliver to mainland England and Wales.

Deliveries are all day weekdays.

We send our orders using a third-party haulage company who offer a nationwide service.  Prior to the delivery they usually contact you, as long as you have left a contact number, to advise when they can deliver. They use a truck which has a tail lift on the back, once the pallet is lowered the goods are manoeuvred to the kerb side at the front of the property using a pump truck.

Deliveries can be moved onto the driveway if it is a flat concrete / tarmac surface with no slope. This is at the driver’s discretion on the delivery day and whether they deem it safe for them to do so.

We understand not all of our customers live on main roads and access to the property can be difficult.
